These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of textflow.com and to the text messages you receive from TextFlow. TextFlow is operated by Unitel Global LLC ("TextFlow", "we", "us"), a Delaware company with its office at 580 California Street, 12th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104.
By using our website or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or sign up.
1. About TextFlow
TextFlow is a business texting and calling platform for small businesses in the United States. Some features described on our website may be in development or available only to selected customers. Paid services are covered by a separate agreement that you accept when you create an account. Businesses that use TextFlow to send messages must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy at textflow.com/acceptable-use.
2. Using our website
You agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Give true and accurate information in any form you fill in.
- Enter only a phone number that is your own, or one you are authorized to use.
- Not try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems.
- Not use automated tools to collect data from the website without our written permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or sign up for our text messages.
3. SMS terms
3.1 The program
TextFlow (Unitel Global LLC) sends text messages to people who sign up on textflow.com/contact. There are two separate types of messages, and you choose each one with its own checkbox:
- Customer messages: demo messages, replies to your request and account notifications.
- Marketing messages: new features, product updates and special offers.
You can sign up for one, both or neither. You can still send us the contact form without signing up for text messages.
3.2 Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.
3.3 Message frequency
Message frequency may vary.
3.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. TextFlow does not charge you for the messages.
3.5 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will get one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed. After that we will send you no more text messages unless you sign up again. You can also ask us to stop in any other reasonable way, for example by emailing support@textflow.com. To sign up again, reply START or use the form on our website.
3.6 How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@textflow.com.
3.7 Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your network coverage.
3.8 Your phone number
If you change or give up your mobile phone number, reply STOP from that number first, or let us know, so that messages are not sent to its next owner.
3.9 Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at textflow.com/privacy-policy.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, logos and software, belong to Unitel Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, change or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Third-party links
Our website may link to websites that we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Unitel Global LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or our text messages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website or receiving our text messages after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
