TextFlow is a business texting and calling platform for small businesses in the United States. TextFlow is operated by Unitel Global LLC, a Delaware company with its office at 580 California Street, 12th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104.

Information you give us:

• Your name, email address, mobile phone number and company name when you fill in a form on our website.
• The content of messages you send us, including replies to our text messages.
• Your consent to receive text messages, with the date, time, page and the consent text you agreed to.

• Your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit.
• Information from cookies and similar tools, as described in section 6.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will give clear notice on our website.
